  A transaction was voided it's been 14 plus days and I've gone in three times now to just keep being told let me make a few calls and then told to wait 3-5 business days and this last time they needed a bank statement showing them i haven't received any refund and the employee took a picture of the bank statement. Why do they even need a bank statement from me and I know there is no reason for anyone to take a picture of it. Maybe if the boss came in and made sure the business was being ran properly I wouldn't be so upset with metro pcs that I'm changing service providers after being a customer for five years...horrible place and after I get my money back in will never go there again
