  This gym's lack of customer service, and utter lack of customer value, ultimately forced my decision to cancel the my memberships of my brothers and my own. Apparently theres a 15 charge in the event your payment was declined. For whatever reason. I WAS a 5 year member. But the one time this happened in 5 years and the gym couldn't waive the fee once.
  
  I'll take my business elsewhere.
  
  My best friend is a member of Gold's Gym, I'll be taking my business there.
