  Gets two stars because it's clean and tidy but machines don't work well they leave residue on the clothes because they are water restricted to save them money so only small load can be washed not good value. Drying works well that's a plus. You do see from the homeless campuses panhandle types hanging about but for the rest it's a safe place. Nice owner is on site most of the day. Washer over priced but again dryers are great I've dried loads for a quarter .
  If I was still in desert knolls it's the only one in the area. Sudsy is only OK

  Great for a quick wash if the machines are working in the dryers are working I'll just kind of broken down due to the maintenance repairman they hire must not be too qualified the same machines keep breaking down I need to get an expert how about Maytag repairman that's a thought
